Where should I park when coming to the Theatre?

Adjacent parking garage is at 4th Ave and Adams (Adams Street Garage). The garage opens at 6pm Monday through Friday. Spaces are available to purchase online and through the box office. Pre-buy and secure a covered space for only $10.00. Note: Not applicable for shows during weekdays before 6pm.

 


Comerica Theatre has a strict NO WEAPONS OR FIRE ARMS policy.

How do I get to Comerica Theatre?
+

The Comerica Theatre is located on the Northwest corner of 4th Avenue and Washington Street.

From West: I-10 East to 7th Avenue south, take to Adams Street, turn left (East) to Fourth Avenue.

From East: I-10 West to 7th Avenue south, take to Adams Street, turn left (East) to Fourth Avenue.


What are some of the security rules at the venue?

Items Allowed

Small Purses, Fanny Packs, Personal Cameras, Binoculars 

Items NOT Allowed

Backpacks, Large Purses, Outside Concessions, Laser Pointers, Professional Cameras, Video and/or Audio Recorders

Ipads

When is the Box office open?

Monday thru Friday 10am to 4pm.

Saturday and Sunday; open for concerts and on-sales ONLY.


What types of payment are accepted?

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Are there ATMs on site?
+

We have 2 ATM machines. One is located out side near the Box office and one is located inside our lobby on the east side.

How does Will Call work?
+

Will call is held at the Comerica Theatre Box Office. The Box Office is located in front of the building on the corner of 4th Ave and Washington St.


Please have a PHOTO ID, the CREDIT CARD the tickets were purchased on, and your CONFIRMATION number.


WILL CALL PICK-UP:

COMERICA THEATRE requires that customers picking up WILL CALL tickets furnish the following:

1) PICTURE IDENTIFICATION THAT MATCHES THE PICK-UP NAME

2) CONFIRMATION NUMBER THAT MATCHES THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT


ALTERNATE WILL CALL PICK-UP:

If another person, other than the person ordering and paying for the tickets, is picking up a WILL CALL order, the ALTERNATE PICK-UP name MUST be on the account. To get the alternate pick-up name noted on the account, the original purchaser MUST contact Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 - ask for customer service, verify account information and request alternate pick-up. How can I purchase Accessible Seating? To purchase accessible seating please call the Box Office at 602.379.2888 press 2.

Limited Mobility seating is available. To purchase limited mobility seating please call the Box Office at 602.379.2888.

Sight and Hearing impaired seating is also available.

Is smoking allowed at the Theatre?

The COMERICA THEATRE is a non-smoking facility. Smoking areas outside building are available, depending on event.

What is the camera policy?
+

Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

Binoculars are allowed.

No Laser Pointers allowed

No Video Cameras allowed

No Recorders allowed


Do children need tickets

Children 12 months and younger are free with paid adult ticket.

What time would you recommend arriving?
+

ARRIVE EARLY 

Doors are open one-hour prior to show time unless otherwise noted. We recommend that you arrive early.

Due to security and safety of guests camping out overnight is NOT PERMITTED, only day/morning of show is.


Can I purchase show parking in advance?

You can purchase parking in advance in three different ways:
1. Go on Ticketmaster.com or Livenation.com and type in the name of the show you are going to see followed by "parking" in the search box.
2. Before you are about to purchase your tickets online select the parking option right for you.
3. Call (602) 379-2888 ext. 2

Can I bring food and/or drinks from home to the show?

Factory sealed water bottle is permitted. No outside food

Does the Theatre have food and beverage?
+

A full concession menu is available on site. Beer, Wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper ID.

Are VIP programs available?
+

Yes, for season tickets, show series packages & VIP box seating, please call Courtney Tjaden at 602.514.2919 or email CourtneyTjaden@Livenation.com.


How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?
+

Artists typically will not be able to accommodate specific requests, out of fairness to all fans. Please do not contact the Comerica Theatre with this type of request.


Is there someone I can call to get the set times?

On the day of the show you may call 602.379.2856 and if the information is available we will pass it on. Please keep in mind that the schedule is subject to change.
